There is also Boss Hoggs down in Alabama (or is that Miss.) Haley Barber, although I don't know if we can call what he does "serving" unless you define that to himself and his cronies.
And, of course, we have Sanford. The thing with Paterson is he was not elected Governor, just Lt. Gov. so you can't really blame NY'ers.
